Eric and his wife Amy have four children and one
grand child. Eric’s two daughters, Juliet and Danielle both attend
UMD and are both on the Dean’s List, which Eric is very Proud of. The
boys, Joshua and Quinn are at the very fun (pre-teen) age, and they
spend much of their spring practicing and attending baseball games.
They enjoy time together hunting, fishing, water tubing and most
outdoor activities. Last year the boys and Eric built their own rock
tumbler and have started polishing agates, since they have been
picking them for years. Eric’s grandson, Evan, Danielle’s son, is
under a year old and is the easiest going, least fussy baby he has
ever seen (so far). Eric and Amy enjoy gardening together they have
many raised bed gardens built from field stone at their home. |

Cary is a life long resident of the Twin Ports
area. A career in site development and building trades has spanned
over 35 years in upper Minnesota and Wisconsin, both commercial and
residential. Residential development has been the focal point of
construction efforts of the last 15 years. With change in zoning
ordinances and building lot shrinkage, placement of buildings is
crucial to maximize complete use of smaller building lots today. Too
many disasters have occurred and been created by in experience and a
non-professional approach to homeowners. If you want a professional
and experienced contractor call Cary Mcmanus. |
